MIL-DTL-11195H, Type 2  is a single component, HAPS Free, corrosion-inhibiting alkyd enamel coating for use as a topcoat on exterior and interior metal surfaces.

This low VOC alkyd enamel spec was created for use on ammunition. It may be applied direct to pretreated steel or may be used with an epoxy primer such as MIL-DTL-53022E. Use with a wash primer such as DOD-P-15328Dfor best adhesion.

We offer Revision H Type 2 for Fed. 595 Standards 35109 and 36231 and Revision G for all other Fed. 595 Standards in both Types 1 and 2.
